This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee a pipeline of industrial accounts leveraging both personal and professional connections.
• Execute a comprehensive, consultative sales process from initial discussions to closing and expansion.
• Engage with stakeholders in plant operations and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) sectors.
• Convert fire prevention and predictive maintenance value propositions into commercial opportunities.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and uphold CRM standards.
• Assist in outlining the sales process for future sales representatives.
• Represent the organization at trade shows, customer locations, and with influential market partners and integrators.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Implementation teams.
• Report directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales.
• Proven ability to cultivate a pipeline from the ground up using personal and professional networks.
• Established experience in selling technical or safety/monitoring solutions within industrial plant settings.
• Established credibility with buyers in plant operations.
• Consistent achievement of quotas on deals valued in the tens of thousands of dollars.
• Experience managing sales cycles that span several months.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity while contributing to the development of the sales playbook.
• Disciplined habits in CRM management and forecasting.
• Experience in industrial sectors such as wood processing, recycling, or paper is a significant advantage.
• Established relationships with insurers, brokers, integrators, or Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) are a notable plus.
• A background in fire protection, industrial automation, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, machine vision, safety technology, or insurance loss control is highly desirable.
• Experience with multi-site account implementations is an added advantage.
