
Account Executive, Independent Channel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Drive sales and manage accounts throughout Canada for UGG’s Independent Channel.
• Lead the long-term growth of accounts and ensure profitable brand expansion.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to enhance productivity within current accounts.
• Seek new distribution avenues that align with UGG’s strategic objectives.
• Create account plans and establish budgets.
• Oversee seasonal and style-level forecasting.
• Implement sales strategies through both in-person and remote meetings.
• Manage comprehensive account oversight, including order acquisition, coordinating sell-in and sell-through, and fulfilling administrative requirements and deadlines.
• Provide consistent sales reporting and forecasting updates.
• Lead full 360-degree account management and act as the primary liaison for the UGG brand.
• Handle strategic customer engagement through outreach, account visits, and marketing tools.
• Collaborate with Channel Managers on business opportunities and performance updates.
• Facilitate coordination between corporate headquarters and customers to minimize returns, credits, and other costs.
• Strategically utilize marketing resources for ROI-driven investments.
• Act as a liaison between corporate and customers to ensure timely payments.
• Manage expenses in accordance with budget expectations.
• Travel approximately two weeks per year to the United States.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in wholesale.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting capabilities in Excel.
• Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking communication skills.
• Ability to effectively engage at all levels of the organization.
• Sound independent judgment.
• Capability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-functional settings.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities at once.
