This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Manage all facets of account management for primary institutional accounts.
β’ Create and implement strategic account plans aimed at increasing sales and market presence.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in neurology and urology departments as well as hospital systems.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and capitalize on account opportunities.
β’ Offer strategic and tactical guidance to regional and district teams concerning targeted accounts.
β’ Counsel sales and marketing management on challenges and prospects within key accounts.
β’ Evaluate team training needs and organize specialized training sessions.
β’ Formulate annual business plans with specific goals and objectives relevant to FDA-approved indications.
β’ Recognize local opportunities and threats and adjust business plans as necessary.
β’ Anticipate customer and market developments and implement proactive strategies.
β’ Utilize financial and quantitative data along with analyses.
β’ Evaluate the profitability and sales potential of target account opportunities.
β’ Collaborate with Field Sales Managers to assess and penetrate drivers of institutional accounts.
β’ Provide account-level insights, identify opportunities, and suggest actions to enhance volume and market share.
β’ Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
β’ Engage with neurology, urology, pain, and movement centers, including teaching hospitals, IDNs, VA hospitals, DoD hospitals, and various institutional accounts.
β’ Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience is required.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in health science fields or sales, with at least 2 years in pharmaceutical sales.
β’ In the absence of a degree, 8+ years of experience in health science sales, including at least 4 years in pharmaceutical sales, is acceptable.
β’ Ability to effectively network and collaborate across various functional areas.
β’ Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
β’ Demonstrated leadership abilities.
β’ Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders in complex settings.
β’ Must meet applicable healthcare industry representative credentialing standards for assigned facilities and organizations.
β’ Must be in good standing and/or eligible to secure necessary credentials.
β’ May be required to undergo background checks, drug screenings, proof of immunizations/vaccinations, fingerprinting, and specific state or city licensing.
β’ Capability to operate a personal vehicle, company vehicle, or powered material-handling equipment, as applicable.
β’ Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
