This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Manage all facets of account management for designated institutional accounts.
β’ Create and implement strategic account plans aimed at increasing sales and market presence.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within neurology and urology departments, as well as hospital systems.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and capitalize on account opportunities.
β’ Provide strategic and tactical guidance to regional and district teams concerning target accounts.
β’ Advise sales and marketing leadership on the challenges and opportunities present in key accounts.
β’ Evaluate team training needs and orchestrate focused training programs.
β’ Formulate annual business plans with specific goals and objectives across FDA-sanctioned indications.
β’ Recognize local opportunities and threats and adapt business plans as needed.
β’ Anticipate changes in the market and customer preferences, taking proactive measures.
β’ Analyze financial and quantitative metrics.
β’ Evaluate the profitability and sales impact of target account opportunities.
β’ Collaborate with Field Sales Managers to assess and penetrate institutional account drivers.
β’ Conduct account-level analyses, identify opportunities, and propose actions to enhance volume and market share.
β’ Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and industry standards.
β’ Engage with neurology, urology, pain, and movement centers, including teaching hospitals, IDNs, VA hospitals, DoD hospitals, and other institutional accounts.
β’ A bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant industry experience is required.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in the health science field or sales, including at least 2 years in pharmaceutical sales.
β’ Alternatively, 8+ years of health science sales experience, including a minimum of 4 years in pharmaceutical sales, may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
β’ Capability to effectively network and partner across various functional areas.
β’ Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
β’ Proven leadership qualities.
β’ Demonstrated success in managing multiple stakeholders in intricate environments.
β’ Must meet all applicable health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing standards.
β’ Must be in good standing and/or eligible to secure necessary HCIR credentials.
β’ May be required to undergo background checks, drug screenings, proof of immunization/vaccination, fingerprinting, and specific state or city licenses.
β’ Capacity to operate a personal or company vehicle, as necessary.
β’ Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
