This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as a reliable advisor for Dun & Bradstreet solutions by cultivating strong, positive relationships with an established client portfolio.
β’ Sustain revenue through the successful renewal of current business while increasing revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
β’ Manage negotiation, contracting, and approval processes leading to successful sales results.
β’ Successfully navigate complex deal management and negotiations involving multiple decision-makers, products, or funding sources.
β’ Conduct account planning for assigned accounts and collaborate with internal sales resources.
β’ Build and maintain an active sales pipeline to achieve annual quota objectives.
β’ Ensure accurate data is maintained in SFDC to support territory management, account planning, and forecasting.
β’ Work alongside Client Success and Marketing teams to enhance retention through business reviews and win-back campaigns.
β’ Collaborate with pre-sales support resources to create compelling client proposals and recommendations.
β’ Utilize extensive professional expertise and knowledge in the role.
β’ Complete all required D&B certifications.
β’ Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
β’ Promote Dun & Bradstreet's business decisioning data and analytics solutions and services to existing clients.
β’ Develop or expand business within high-value accounts.
β’ Identify new contacts, strengthen current relationships, and generate new business by recognizing client needs.
β’ Bachelor's Degree: Required.
β’ Master's Degree: Preferred.
β’ 12β15 years of relevant experience.
β’ A minimum of 12 years of prior experience in an enterprise-level SaaS, consulting, or services sales role.
β’ A proven track record of closing sales, acquiring clients, managing relationships with 4β6 high-value accounts, and achieving or surpassing annual quotas.
β’ Ability to quickly evaluate client environments from a business process, organizational, and technological viewpoint, effectively prioritizing growth opportunities.
β’ Demonstrated success in managing complex strategic sales and multiple senior stakeholders.
β’ Capability to exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results.
β’ Highly articulate with exceptional business communication, both verbal and written, along with presentation skills suitable for a global corporate setting.
β’ Proficient in industry-leading sales methodologies, Salesforce.com, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word.
β’ Possess an ownership mindset, problem-solving ability, curiosity, proactive approach, and the ability to collaborate and connect with individuals and teams.
β’ Commitment to continuous growth and willingness to enhance competencies through courses and programs.
β’ Expected to travel onsite to customers at least 40% of the time.
β’ Complete all required D&B certifications.
