This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Expand hemostasis and wound closure product lines.
• Market surgical solutions to surgeons and hospital decision-makers, mainly in operating room settings.
• Oversee a designated sales territory concentrating on physicians and healthcare institutions.
• Achieve sales forecasts within assigned accounts and territory.
• Prioritize tasks and make informed business decisions based on sales opportunities within accounts.
• Understand and effectively demonstrate proper product usage to clinicians in operating room settings.
• Consistently manage customer inquiries and objections in alignment with product indications and sales training methodologies.
• Implement compliant, professional, ethical, concise, and persuasive sales processes.
• Deliver sales presentations utilizing contemporary selling techniques.
• Analyze data and monitor market trends.
• Create business plans and prioritize account opportunities.
• Foster customer relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and authorized distributors.
• Organize customer education seminars as needed.
• Adhere to safe behavior standards and display comprehensive product, procedure, and clinical knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in medical sales (including medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology) or healthcare.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Valid driver's license issued in the United States.
• Sales performance reflecting significant growth and results against plans.
• Capability to target accounts and accomplish results through a daily action plan.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues, marketing teams, Strategic Account Managers, distributor representatives, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Strong skills in time management and planning.
• Experience in hospital-based pharmaceutical or medical device sales, including operating room sales.
• Background in selling to a highly educated and high-profile customer base.
• Experience in developing new and innovative markets.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
