This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Promote Dun & Bradstreet products and services to both new and existing clients, primarily through direct sales interactions.
• Sustain and enhance revenue through renewals, win-back strategies, cross-selling, and upselling initiatives.
• Discover new contacts, strengthen existing relationships, and create business opportunities by identifying client needs that can be addressed by D&B solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to a defined portfolio of clients.
• Lead the negotiation, contracting, and approval processes from start to finish.
• Manage complex deal negotiations involving multiple decision makers, products, or funding sources.
• Strategically plan assigned accounts and coordinate internal sales resources for alignment.
• Identify prospects, qualify leads, build a sales pipeline, and close deals to meet or exceed annual targets.
• Keep precise Salesforce data for territory planning, account management, and forecasting.
• Work collaboratively with Client Success and Marketing teams on retention and win-back initiatives.
• Establish relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Complete all required D&B certifications and undertake additional assigned responsibilities.
• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience are required.
• A minimum of five (5) years of prior experience in an enterprise-level SaaS, consulting, or services sales position.
• Proven success in closing sales, acquiring clients, managing relationships with 25+ accounts, and meeting or surpassing annual quotas.
• Ability to quickly evaluate client environments from business process, organizational, and technological perspectives, and effectively prioritize growth opportunities.
• Established track record in managing intricate sales and engaging multiple senior stakeholders.
• Highly articulate with outstanding verbal and written business communication skills, and presentation capabilities suitable for a global corporate context.
• Proficient in sales methodologies, Salesforce.com, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word.
• A continuous growth mindset with a willingness to enhance skills through courses and training programs.
• Expected to travel to customer sites for business purposes at least 40% of the time.
• Availability to work during the day, evening, and/or weekends as necessary.
• Capability to travel using any form of transportation.
• A Master's Degree is preferred.
