πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Lead the identification, prosecution, and development of lucrative business opportunities.

β€’ Ensure the effective operation of assigned individual revenue cycle projects.

β€’ Act as the primary executive responsible for client relationships.

β€’ Develop and implement exemplary Revenue Cycle Management practices for business process outsourcing or standalone services.

β€’ Oversee new business initiatives related to assigned projects.

β€’ Provide analytical support for strategic vision and plans that align with revenue growth objectives.

β€’ Formulate, communicate, and execute growth strategies, programs, and processes.

β€’ Create and implement standardized client playbooks and SOPs to ensure consistent revenue cycle metrics and KPIs.

β€’ Collaborate with senior management on systems, processes, and personnel infrastructure to foster growth in Physician Services.

β€’ Manage division business planning and devise strategic initiatives.

β€’ Handle special projects and assignments as needed.

β€’ Foster a service-oriented culture while ensuring the quality of departmental support.

β€’ Evaluate healthcare trends and set the direction for revenue cycle activities.

β€’ Enhance the delivery and support of Hospital Revenue Cycle and Physician Services.

β€’ Monitor customer outcomes and feedback to guarantee satisfaction.

β€’ Comprehend cross-departmental functions and process flows.

β€’ Develop and implement policies and procedures for Physician Services.

β€’ Keep track of regulatory changes and recommend necessary responses.

β€’ Direct Consultants and Analysts to enhance client Physician Services initiatives.

β€’ Assist with on-site operational reviews at client locations and publish action plans or proposals with client CFOs.

β€’ Develop and utilize monitoring and reporting systems.

β€’ Establish performance indicators and maintain communication with clients.

β€’ Continuously evaluate client needs and available Guidehouse solutions.

β€’ Monitor internal quality and performance to ensure client expectations are fulfilled.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree with at least 14 years of relevant experience is required.

β€’ Relevant experience may substitute for formal education or an advanced degree.

β€’ Experience in a healthcare provider, payor, CBO, business office environment, or outsourcing company is essential.

β€’ Must be a strategic and conceptual thinker and planner.

β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint presentations at the corporate, client β€œC” suite, or board level.

β€’ Strong problem-solving, market analysis, and evaluation skills are necessary.

β€’ A solid background in Physician and Hospital RCM with a focus on improving yield, cash flow, days, and aging is required.

β€’ Familiarity with major or minor RCM modules within common EHRs such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Next Gen, GPMS, etc. is expected.

β€’ Ability to devise and implement a comprehensive business development and marketing plan.

β€’ Experience with branding, product positioning, and product launches is advantageous.

β€’ Understanding of sales and marketing functions is essential.

β€’ Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word is required.

β€’ Willingness to travel extensively, with up to 50% travel expected.
