
Account Executive – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client-account projects.
• Ensure quality control for client deliverables and materials.
• Initiate and align details of creative briefs across clients and internal teams.
• Organize and take part in content planning meetings.
• Oversee the delivery of individual client project assignments.
• Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory review process for promotional materials.
• Exhibit subject-matter expertise regarding client tactics and deliverables.
• Create timelines and communicate milestones with the Project Management team.
• Implement projects in accordance with established timelines and budgets.
• Identify potential project issues and proactively inform the team.
• Take thorough notes during client engagements and prepare contact reports and next steps.
• Ensure project materials are accessible for both internal and external meetings.
• Assist in preparing client proposals, budgets, reconciliations, financial reports, and forecasts.
• Monitor direct and labor costs, alerting the Account Supervisor of any out-of-scope items.
• Provide regular status and financial updates to clients.
• Participate in internal project-status meetings with client services, meeting services, traffic, and other team members.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive in advertising, marketing, communication, or a related industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% if necessary.
• Experience in medical communications or the healthcare industry is advantageous.
• Preferred, but not required, experience in writing SOWs and project briefs, as well as the capability to contribute to strategic documents.
