This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Deliver solutions through clearly structured product demonstrations conducted remotely.
• Articulate complex services in a comprehensible manner and offer goal-oriented guidance to potential customers.
• Detect relevant pain points through attentive listening and create customized value propositions.
• Manage pre-qualified appointments and quality leads from trade fairs, webinars, and inbound inquiries.
• Establish and sustain a strong opportunity pipeline.
• Independently prioritize and methodically develop leads through follow-up actions.
• Enhance engagement with prospects while supporting industry trade fairs and events.
• Prepare persuasive proposals, lead negotiations, and autonomously oversee selected deals until closure.
• Diligently pursue active deals through to closing.
• Facilitate a structured transition to Account Management in close collaboration with internal teams.
• Employ a KPI-driven approach to foster growth and efficiency.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B sales of complex, consultative services within the SaaS or ESG sectors.
• Ideally possess an established network in Health & Life Sciences, particularly in the chemicals, pharmaceutical, healthcare, plastics, and packaging industries.
• Demonstrated success in discovery, developing value propositions, handling objections, and closing sales.
• Experience in managing intricate sales processes throughout the entire funnel.
• Exceptional communication skills and strong professional consulting capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to quickly grasp and clearly articulate complex content.
• Excellent self-organization and a structured, reliable work approach.
• Strong performance-oriented mindset with proficiency in modern CRM systems.
• High self-motivation, a focus on closing deals, and a dependable, committed work ethic.
• Ability to confidently manage and guide a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in written and spoken German.
• Interest in sustainability topics such as ESG, CSRD, and CO₂ accounting.
• Affinity for software and willingness to explore new subjects; prior knowledge is not mandatory.
