This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the complete SaaS sales process for Ncontracts’ risk, compliance, and third-party management solutions targeted at Wealth, Trust, and RIA organizations.
• Discover, nurture, and finalize new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and partnerships.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Implement rigorous forecasting methodologies.
• Facilitate discovery meetings with senior executives to identify regulatory, operational, and efficiency challenges.
• Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, Product, and Partnerships teams on messaging and execution strategies.
• Clearly present ROI and business value in a consultative, outcomes-focused manner.
• Utilize Salesforce for managing pipeline, forecasting, and ensuring deal progression visibility.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual ARR objectives.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS sales.
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience selling within the Wealth, Trust, or RIA sectors.
• Proven track record in new logo acquisition roles with annual quotas of $600k or more in ARR.
• Demonstrated capability to self-generate at least half of the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting.
• Experience in selling compliance, risk, or workflow automation platforms is advantageous.
• Proficient in multi-threaded sales and adept at navigating lengthy, complex buying processes.
• Strong skills in discovery and storytelling, linking technology capabilities to business outcomes.
• Team-oriented, coachable, and disciplined in adhering to processes and structures.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Knowledge of how Wealth, Trust, and RIA firms manage compliance, cybersecurity, and vendor oversight.
• Comfortable engaging with C-level and senior decision-makers.
• Confident in presenting to executive audiences and customizing messages for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Resilient, positive, proactive, and accountable.
• High integrity with a genuine curiosity to assist clients in problem-solving.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must disclose if employment visa sponsorship is needed.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
