This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Expand Prividium's presence in the UK and European financial markets ecosystem.
• Manage the strategy for your territory, including pipeline development, deal execution, and finalized agreements.
• Achieve established pipeline, bookings, and revenue targets within the UK and European financial markets territory.
• Create a regional market strategy that focuses on priority institutions, use cases, buying groups, and ecosystem partners.
• Generate opportunities through executive relationships, direct outreach, industry events, and partnerships.
• Comprehend customer workflows, limitations, and financial aspects related to tokenized deposits, payments, settlement, collateral, funds, and asset issuance.
• Facilitate institutional purchasing processes involving business leadership, product, technology, architecture, security, risk, compliance, procurement, and legal teams.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Product teams to shape workshops, technical assessments, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Develop mutual action plans and spearhead commercial and contractual negotiations until signature.
• Function as a proactive individual contributor with complete ownership of the sales cycle.
• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales or strategic account management.
• Proven record of closing six- or seven-figure agreements.
• Background in selling software, data, SaaS, or infrastructure to banks, capital markets firms, exchanges, FMIs, payment providers, or similar regulated entities.
• Established relationships and in-depth market understanding within London's institutional finance landscape.
• Capability to engage with business and technology decision-makers.
• Experience in generating pipeline through insight-driven outreach and executive networking.
• Documented examples of accounts successfully opened.
• Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder purchasing processes across security, risk, compliance, procurement, legal, and executive approval stages.
• Ability to credibly discuss enterprise architecture, APIs, integration, deployment models, and data privacy with senior technology stakeholders.
• Familiarity with blockchain, tokenization, or institutional digital assets is a plus.
• Experience in selling a category-defining product during its refinement phase is advantageous.
• Must currently reside in or near the Greater London area.
• Variable compensation based on performance, paid in ZK tokens.
• Long-term token incentives provided in ZK tokens.
• New-hire token grants that vest over four years with a one-year cliff.
