This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Manage a focused portfolio of roughly 10–12 strategic and enterprise accounts, generating $10M in ARR.
• Formulate and implement long-term account strategies that align with client goals, value drivers, and growth prospects.
• Cultivate and sustain executive relationships, including quarterly engagement with senior stakeholders and 1–2 in-person meetings each year.
• Conduct a minimum of two Executive Business Reviews annually utilizing active Joint Business/Success Plans.
• Propel platform adoption, ensure strategic alignment, and identify retention, renewal, and expansion opportunities.
• Oversee renewal strategies, negotiations, and outcomes for the accounts within the portfolio.
• Evaluate account health, pinpoint and address risks, and manage client issues and escalations.
• Keep account documentation, health records, renewal projections, priorities, risks, and opportunities updated in Salesforce.
• Deliver portfolio forecasting, reporting, and internal updates.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and Support teams to align on unified account strategies.
• Organize resources, program milestones, and ad-hoc initiatives to achieve desired account outcomes.
• 8+ years of experience in a client-facing position within Consulting, Technology, Agency, or Consumer Brand sectors.
• Proven experience in managing large enterprise accounts and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Skilled in defining KPI-driven objectives and coordinating cross-functional execution.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to convert business objectives into actionable strategies.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with a strong executive-level communication and boardroom presence.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting performance data and providing strategic insights.
• Experience with marketing technology and digital marketing strategies is preferred.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Eligibility for a variable incentive plan.
• Up to 20% travel, including client visits and executive meetings.
