This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, door knocking, networking, and attending trade shows.
• Market and sell Ooma’s business communication solutions to small and mid-market enterprises.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Oversee sales opportunities and track progress towards achieving quotas.
• Develop and sustain a qualified lead pipeline.
• Present and showcase products through tailored pitches.
• Record deals, activities, and pipeline information in Salesforce.
• Anticipate and forecast sales progress.
• Leverage AI to create targeted lead lists and implement email drip campaigns.
• Play a role in Ooma’s market expansion and revenue enhancement.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows throughout the US.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, particularly in B2B sales.
• Demonstrated history of consistently surpassing quotas in a competitive setting.
• Enthusiasm for new business development, lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.
• Strong sales performance record.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
• Experience in technology, telecom, or related fields is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel to industry events and trade shows across the US 1–2 times monthly on average.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
