This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire revenue lifecycle for a designated territory of K–12 accounts.
• Achieve bookings, timely renewals, net revenue retention, and targets for multi-suite expansion.
• Develop and implement sales strategies within the assigned territory.
• Construct and update quarterly territory plans associated with whitespace, executive personas, funded initiatives, services attachment, adoption gaps, and subsequent strategies.
• Generate and advance pipeline through targeted plays, executive outreach, and multi-threaded engagement.
• Manage deals from discovery to closure, which includes RFP strategy, pricing and terms, commercial approvals, legal negotiations, and control of procurement timelines.
• Ensure forecast accuracy and uphold CRM standards within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Services, Customer Success, and Partners to enhance value realization, conduct QBRs, meet SLAs, and ensure renewal preparedness.
• Collect and communicate market signals and customer insights to product, pricing, and go-to-market teams.
• Travel frequently to support strategic deals, onsite demonstrations, and executive workshops.
• Proven track record of meeting bookings and revenue retention goals, including multi-suite expansion across assigned accounts.
• Experience managing sales cycles lasting 6 to 9 months, focusing on cross-selling and coordinating overlay teams through public-sector procurement involving various buying personas.
• Demonstrated discipline in pipeline management and forecasting using Salesforce, prepared for weekly reviews.
• Proficiency in modern deal methodologies and mutual close plans, such as MEDDPICC.
• A minimum of 2 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in CRM, ERP, Analytics, or EdTech sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred: Experience in K–12 or public-sector environments, including funding cycles, board approvals, RFPs, and utilizing co-ops or state purchasing vehicles.
• Established references from leaders or directors within K–12 districts.
• Capability to build executive relationships across various roles, including Superintendent, CIO, CHRO, Curriculum, Finance, and Procurement.
• Willingness to travel regularly (50–60%), including multi-state trips.
