This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Drive sales revenue and enhance market presence within the New Jersey region.
• Seek out new business opportunities and devise innovative strategies to acquire business.
• Execute strategic business initiatives aimed at achieving a 10% annual market share growth.
• Conduct clinical demonstrations for targeted accounts and follow through to close deals.
• Organize pre-demonstration activities in collaboration with the Clinical Sales Specialist.
• Cultivate existing customer relationships through regular calls, product demonstrations, product in-services, and positive engagement.
• Establish connections with physicians, nurses, technicians, biomedical staff, materials management teams, hospital administrators, and external consultants.
• Educate customers on the proper usage of equipment in clinical environments.
• Provide educational resources in the field.
• Become knowledgeable in reprocessing techniques mandated by AER manufacturers.
• Assist VIP customers as directed by management.
• Collaborate with Product Development on clinical assessments of prototypes and product enhancements.
• Submit weekly and/or monthly reports to the direct supervisor.
• Present monthly sales projections.
• Maintain customer information for future database integration.
• Participate in local, regional, and national trade shows.
• Comply with safety policies and procedures.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related quantitative fields.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of desired field sales experience.
• Capability to work autonomously and take initiative in various situations.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, competitive settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook and other email platforms.
• Professional communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage time effectively and adhere to regional budget constraints.
• Capability to multitask and oversee multiple projects at once.
• Proficiency in writing reports and conveying information accurately and timely.
• Ability to prioritize customer needs.
• Comfort speaking in front of small groups.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and succinctly.
• Understanding of basic mathematical principles for discount calculations.
• Ability to sit for 75–100% of applicable work hours.
• Ability to use hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, for up to 100% of applicable work hours.
• Capable of standing, talking, and hearing for 75% of applicable work time.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing between 25–50 pounds.
• Close vision capability at twenty inches or less.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time, including field and corporate-office travel.
• Availability for overnight travel up to 50%, including occasional weekends.
• Must adhere to U.S. FDA medical-device, ISO 13485, and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Must comply with hospital/vendor credentialing requirements, including relevant vaccination mandates.
