This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
• Drive revenue generation and expand market presence within the designated regional territory.
• Seek out new business opportunities and innovate methods for acquiring clients.
• Execute strategic business plans aimed at achieving a 10% annual growth in market share.
• Conduct clinical demonstrations for targeted accounts, leading to successful closures.
• Organize pre-demonstration activities in collaboration with the Clinical Sales Specialist.
• Maintain existing customer relationships through regular outreach, product demonstrations, in-service training, and positive interactions.
• Build connections with physicians, nurses, technicians, biomedical staff, materials management, hospital administration, and external consultants.
• Educate customers on the correct operation of equipment within clinical environments.
• Supply educational resources in the field.
• Become proficient in reprocessing techniques mandated by AER manufacturers.
• Assist VIP clients as instructed by management.
• Work alongside Product Development on clinical assessments of prototypes and enhancements.
• Report clinical evaluation findings as directed by Product Development.
• Deliver weekly and/or monthly updates to the direct supervisor.
• Provide monthly sales projections.
• Maintain customer information for future database integration.
• Participate in local, regional, and national trade events as required.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related quantitative fields.
• 3 to 5 years of desired experience in field sales.
• Capability to work independently and take initiative in various situations.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced and competitive settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills for fostering customer relationships.
• Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Skilled in MS Outlook and other email platforms.
• Professional communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Competency in managing time and adhering to regional budget constraints.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and oversee several projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in report writing and timely communication of information.
• Able to prioritize customer needs effectively.
• Comfortable speaking in front of small audiences.
• Capable of conveying technical information clearly and concisely.
• Understanding of basic math for discount calculations.
• Ability to remain seated for 75–100% of the applicable work duration.
• Capable of using hands and fingers for manipulating items, including keyboards, for up to 100% of the applicable work time.
• Ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of the relevant work period.
• Capacity to lift and carry equipment weighing 25–50 pounds for up to 20% of the work time as necessary.
• Close vision capability at twenty inches or less.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time, including field and corporate office visits.
• Flexibility for overnight travel up to 50%, which may include weekends.
• Must adhere to relevant U.S. FDA medical device regulatory standards, ISO 13485 regulations, and other applicable laws and standards.
• Must meet and pass vendor credentialing requirements to gain access to hospitals and facilities.
