This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the designated EMEA region to drive new customer acquisitions.
• Manage new customer accounts until the implementation phase is finalized.
• Direct the tendering, RFP, and formal bidding processes while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Execute outbound prospecting and market outreach via email, phone, social media, and other channels.
• Supervise the pipeline for prospects and existing accounts from lead generation to deal closure.
• Deliver market insights and customer needs to effectively position current solutions.
• Provide input for new product development and future enhancements.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with prospects, customers, and industry leaders.
• Utilize Salesforce, Gong, ChatGPT, Zoom, Slack, SharePoint, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospect data, analytics, and market insights.
• Assist in creating sales and marketing materials for web, print, and demonstrations.
• Manage and nurture partner relationships as required.
• Report directly to the Director of Sales, New Business.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.
• A minimum of 3 years in a B2B SaaS sales role OR 3+ years of experience in student accommodation, student property management, and/or multi-family property markets.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in presenting and leading meetings with stakeholders, management, and decision-makers.
• Capability to develop and implement tactical and strategic initiatives.
• Strong orientation towards teamwork.
• Demonstrated ability to establish new customer, prospect, and partner relationships.
• Professional judgment in managing issues, along with effective problem analysis and resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain high productivity, manage competing priorities, and perform effectively under pressure and time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, and collaborative environment.
• Skill in setting, managing, and meeting deadlines.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
• Preferred: strong skills in outbound sales and existing account management.
• Preferred: experience selling to Universities, PBSAs, or staff accommodation operations within EMEA.
• Preferred: understanding of software licensing agreements, terms, conditions, and pricing.
• Preferred: excellent attention to detail.
• Preferred: ability to establish rapport with stakeholders.
