This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee a robust pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, and opportunities generated by marketing.
• Take full ownership of the sales cycle from initial conversation to signed contracts.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify business challenges.
• Establish trust with executives at the VP and President levels through consultative, business-oriented discussions.
• Create account strategies that navigate complex buying committees.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Partnerships to secure deals.
• Provide virtual and in-person presentations that link the platform to quantifiable business results.
• Manage RFPs, procurement processes, legal matters, and commercial negotiations.
• Consistently achieve and surpass annual sales targets.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Proven experience in selling complex enterprise software.
• History of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience in closing six-figure SaaS deals with Higher Education institutions.
• Confidence in selling to executive-level clients and navigating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and exceptional skills in discovery and qualification.
• Ability to generate a pipeline through strategic prospecting efforts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, accountable, and competitive in nature.
• Coachable and confident in leading conversations with executives.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Relevant experience utilizing AI in daily tasks and understanding its value addition.
