This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Achieve the designated targets.
• Act as the Lead for all assigned districts.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across designated accounts.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and identify gaps.
• Build district contacts and nurture relationships at all organizational levels.
• Gather account information regarding organizational structure, purchasing processes, compensation procedures, and current products/tools.
• Generate prospective business reports that outline necessary activities to secure accounts.
• Maintain consistent communication with the account base.
• Boost revenue by effectively positioning and showcasing both new and existing products.
• Prepare suitable RFPs and finalize sales.
• Create, develop, manage, and communicate expectations within assigned accounts.
• Expand the depth of engagement within each account.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities and prospects.
• Evaluate opportunity size and clearly articulate closure probabilities.
• Keep comprehensive and accurate CRM documentation for all activities.
• Maintain a broad understanding of company products along with competitive strengths and weaknesses.
• Travel up to 60% as needed.
• 10+ years of experience in an educational-related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in strategically selling across a territory and successfully generating and closing large opportunities.
• Proven sales responsibilities and consistent achievement of annual goals.
• Established track record of selling to and building relationships with high-level customers.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing Customer Experience.
• Preference for candidates with established relationships.
• Bachelor's Degree or a higher level of education is preferred.
• Familiarity with academic curriculum.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience with Sales Automation, Customer Relationship Management, or web-based software programs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with colleagues, superiors, and customers.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% as required.
