📋 Description

• Oversee the complete sales process, from proactive lead generation and outbound prospecting to discovery, proposal presentation, and closing deals.

• Identify and explore new market verticals, applying proven automotive success to innovative industries.

• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to uncover client challenges and propose sophisticated, multi-channel marketing retainers.

• Maintain an organized and meticulous pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring all data is accurate and actionable.

• Collaborate with creative and performance teams to ensure proposals are viable and in alignment with client objectives.

• Incorporate AI tools into daily operations to enhance prospecting, tailor outreach, and optimize administrative tasks.

• Report directly to GTM leadership and contribute to shaping the growth path of a dynamic, distributed digital marketing agency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States or Canada.

• Proven success in selling professional services within a digital marketing agency context.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing the entire sales process; requires full-cycle closing experience, not limited to SDR or account manager roles.

• Track record of meeting or surpassing quotas, backed by specific revenue achievements.

• Early adopter of AI tools with the ability to explain their application for gaining a competitive advantage.

• Comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including performance marketing, SEO, and creative strategy.

• Strong CRM discipline; HubSpot experience preferred.

• Methodical approach to managing the sales pipeline.
