This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.
• Spearhead new business development for Omilia's Conversational AI platform within the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets.
• Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from qualification to contract closure.
• Take ownership of individual revenue objectives and consistently achieve quota targets.
• Develop and sustain a qualified pipeline of enterprise prospects.
• Advocate for Omilia's value proposition to C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and maintenance of pipeline data.
• Foster long-term relationships with key accounts and facilitate post-close expansion.
• Identify and qualify opportunities through outbound efforts, referrals, and incoming leads.
• Conduct discovery calls to ascertain business challenges, CX automation requirements, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Solutions Consulting and Pre-Sales teams for demonstrations and proof of concept initiatives.
• Create and deliver business cases, ROI models, and proposals.
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts in partnership with Legal and Finance teams.
• Keep opportunity, forecast, and activity data updated in the CRM.
• Work alongside Marketing on regional campaigns, events, and tailored content.
• Collaborate with Customer Success during account handover and onboarding processes.
• Monitor regulatory, competitive, and market trends in the DACH region.
• Provide reports on pipeline health, deal risks, and revenue progress to the VP of Sales, DACH.
• Proven history of success in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, CCaaS, or conversational/AI technology.
• Experience selling in the DACH region, with proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with enterprise clients.
• Strong consultative selling capabilities, able to convert technical features into business value.
• Familiarity with CRM and forecasting tools (e.g., Salesforce) alongside disciplined pipeline management skills.
• Solid negotiation skills and commercial insight.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Existing network or previous sales experience in banking, insurance, healthcare, or utilities sectors.
• Understanding of contact center technology, CCaaS platforms, or conversational AI solutions.
• Experience in a scale-up or rapidly growing enterprise software environment.
• Additional regional language proficiency relevant to the DACH market.
