This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement a territory strategy to identify, qualify, and secure new business within a designated account list of RIAs, Family Offices, and Multi-Family Offices.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial outreach and discovery to demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Generate and build a sales pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, events, and follow-up on inbound leads.
• Conduct product demonstrations that align Addepar’s platform features with the operational challenges faced by prospects.
• Engage with VP- and C-suite-level decision-makers, including Chief Operating Officers, Chief Technology Officers, and firm principals.
• Keep precise pipeline data and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Pre-sales and Client Success teams to ensure seamless transitions and a robust onboarding experience.
• Represent Addepar at industry events, conferences, and prospect meetings, with an expected travel commitment of 40–50%.
• Over 4 years of experience in software or SaaS sales, with a proven history of meeting or surpassing quotas.
• Experience in selling to the wealth management or financial services sector.
• Understanding of RIA and family office business models.
• Capability to manage a structured sales process from start to finish, including discovery, demonstration, and closure.
• Proficiency in engaging VP- and C-suite stakeholders within financial services firms.
• Practical experience with Salesforce for managing pipeline and activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with web conferencing tools like Zoom and Teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• A genuine intellectual curiosity about fintech and wealth management.
• A coachable attitude and a growth mindset.

• Strong organizational skills and the discipline to handle a high-volume pipeline.
