Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Provide training to dealership staff on utilizing Vitu

• Collaborate with dealership management to evaluate DMV paperwork processes and protocols

• Track dealer error rates, active user lists, and RIA/Dealer licenses for adherence to DMV regulations

• Foster robust business relationships with key personnel at dealerships

• Offer Vitu assistance through phone, chat, and email channels

• Deliver responsive and proactive customer service

• Propose enhancements to programs and resolve client issues as a client advocate

• Perform compliance audits for DMV EVR and RIA standards and regulations

• Address or investigate complex DMV inquiries for clients

• Navigate dealer DMS systems to confirm DMV fee calculations

• Provide DMV fee training both in-person and via webinars

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Reports of Sale and other DMV documents related to both new and used vehicles

• Preferred background in account management within a business-to-business setting

• Familiarity with DMV accounting and bundle reconciliation

• Knowledge of EVR programs (E-filing)

• Understanding of DMV regulations related to registration processing

• Experience configuring settings in Chrome and Firefox

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive, and various PC applications

• Capable of effectively communicating with high-level executives

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Willingness to travel up to 150 miles
