Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of major financial institution partners

• Foster credit card expansion and ensure long-term success of programs

• Facilitate and encourage partner financial institutions to implement marketing and technology initiatives related to cards

• Recognize opportunities for growth within current programs

• Guarantee timely and successful contract renewals

• Act as the main point of contact for relationships

• Lead discussions at strategic and executive levels with partners

• Collaborate with internal teams in sales, service, underwriting/credit, and marketing to provide coordinated solutions

• Engage with partners regularly through in-person meetings

• Plan travel efficiently and manage travel budgets to align with relationship and business goals

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

• Generally, ten or more years of relevant experience

• Significant understanding of credit card product marketing, client service challenges, and organizational operations

• Strong skills in marketing and business development/sales

• Background in financial services

• Experience with Agent Banks and Payments is advantageous

• Well-honed negotiation and decision-making abilities

• Capacity to creatively solve complex problems with general guidance

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines simultaneously

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

• Willingness to travel
