Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Establish and cultivate profitable new business account relationships while enhancing profitability from current accounts.

• Recognize business opportunities through a deep understanding of clients, markets, products, and services.

• Deliver presentations to both existing and potential clients highlighting the advantages of utilizing the organization's products and services.

• Execute and sustain an efficient referral network and call strategy to boost sales.

• Foster and expand business operations within the Milwaukee metropolitan area or the suburbs of Chicago.

• Build new business account relationships with a new referral banking partner.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Two to three years of pertinent sales experience.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Fundamental understanding of product marketing, client service challenges, and organizational operations.

• Strong skills in marketing, business development/sales, and negotiation.

• Capacity to creatively address and resolve client concerns and issues.

• Basic skills in problem-solving and decision-making.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines concurrently.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
