This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of territory planning and manage strategic relationships within the Pacific Northwest region.
• Create value through collaboration with internal stakeholders, marketing efforts, and field activities.
• Increase market share and achieve profitable revenue growth across the product portfolio.
• Work in partnership with inside sales, key account leaders, and matrixed channel partners.
• Identify, develop, and sustain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Actively reach out to direct customers in the healthcare and biosciences sectors.
• Foster relationships with channel partners and pinpoint essential customer stakeholders.
• Convey solution offerings and value propositions to stakeholders including scientific, procurement, channel partners, supply chain, and capital planning.
• Assemble and lead project/program development teams to address customer challenges and secure business.
• Enhance and refine the business development process in collaboration with sales operations leadership.
• Develop trusted relationships with channel, strategic, and direct customers.
• Lead and assist in account planning and reviews utilizing sales methodologies.
• Utilize CRM and reporting tools daily to ensure visibility into leads, relationship growth, and funnel health.
• Negotiate strategically to meet growth and margin targets.
• Conduct research and engage in healthcare and biosciences trade shows, professional networks, and events.
• Travel frequently to engage with key customer stakeholders.
• Sales experience in complex go-to-market multi-channel matrices, capital equipment, and/or business development within the Life Sciences Biopharma, healthcare, or related sectors is essential.
• Technical expertise in cold storage, process equipment, or Biotech/Biopharma R&D process optimization is advantageous.
• Demonstrated capability to generate and qualify leads, craft customer solutions with business insights, create value and demand, close new business, and enhance existing account relationships.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions to achieve results.
• A valid driver’s license for at least 12 months is required.
• No significant or frequent traffic violations, including DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving, or multiple minor infractions or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Regular travel is required, up to 50%.
