Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assist in the formation of companies and ensure clients adhere to federal, state, and local regulations.

• Evaluate and scrutinize operational workflows to pinpoint enhancements and implement more efficient procedures.

• Engage with existing clients to uncover upselling prospects and foster long-lasting business relationships.

• Anticipate and address everyday operational issues that arise during service delivery.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the service delivery process.

• Collaborate with Billing, Accounting, Taxes, and other internal teams.

• Monitor service completion and verify delivery within set timeframes.

• Adjust to changing priorities, new procedures, and unforeseen challenges.

• Ensure the precision of service documentation, communication, and internal workflows.

• Provide administrative assistance for startups and other departments as necessary.

• Aid the LLC Hub Start-Up Services Department in delivering comprehensive business solutions that assist entrepreneurs in establishing businesses in the USA.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Spanish at an advanced level.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, International Business, or a related discipline.

• Intermediate skills in Google Apps and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong research and analytical capabilities.

• Exceptional writing and communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Remarkable interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to identify upselling opportunities, promote additional services, and maintain client relationships.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Proficient problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.

• Proactive communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Ability to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• Flexibility in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• Previous experience in a tax or accounting firm is preferred but not mandatory.
