This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Drive the performance of territory sales to achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and growth targets.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies while promoting the adoption of Restrata®, the premier synthetic, resorbable biomaterial, along with associated product lines.
• Establish and nurture relationships with surgeons, clinical personnel, and key decision-makers in hospitals, outpatient centers, and physician practices.
• Deliver product education, conduct demonstrations, and provide hands-on support in operating rooms, clinics, and other patient care environments.
• Anticipate customer requirements and offer prompt, compliant solutions.
• Evaluate sales performance, assess market trends, and monitor competitive activities to uncover new opportunities.
• Generate forecasts and maintain precise reporting.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams, including reimbursement specialists, to assist customers and fulfill territory goals.
• Travel domestically up to 80%-90% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of 1 year of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales; OR a High School Diploma/GED along with at least 5 years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.
• A current, valid Driver’s License.
• Must successfully pass a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
• Maintain continuous eligibility in accordance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy agreement.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.
• May need to obtain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications mandated by healthcare or third-party facilities.
• Previous experience in medical device sales targeting physicians and/or surgeons within hospital systems, with direct involvement in supporting surgical cases in the operating room.
• Ability to effectively manage time and priorities in a field-based setting.
• Exhibit clear, professional communication with clinicians and surgical teams.
• Experience working within patient care environments such as operating rooms, clinics, or physician offices.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach.
