This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Oversee the renewal lifecycle of commercial insurance accounts.
• Assist with account submissions, renewals, and policy servicing.
• Generate insurance policies, binders, and endorsements.
• Ensure accurate policy documentation and maintain client account records.
• Provide daily customer service and account support.
• Liaise with insurance carriers and underwriters.
• Support brokers with submissions and market communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee accurate coverage placement.
• Review insurance policies and documentation for precision and completeness.
• Process endorsements, binders, and updates to policies.
• Assist in coverage analysis and preparation for renewals.
• Utilize insurance brokerage systems such as Titan.
• Maintain client and policy records within agency management systems.
• Use Excel for reporting, tracking, and data analysis.
• Apply formulas and data tools to manage account information effectively.
• Work alongside brokers and senior team members on account servicing.
• Engage in training and team initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and client service.
• A minimum of 1+ years of professional experience in commercial insurance.
• Experience in managing client accounts, financial data, or complex documentation.
• Familiarity with policy administration, renewals, or underwriting support.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data management.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• A Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required for consideration.
• Preferred experience in the wholesale insurance industry and various markets.
• Familiarity with insurance agency management systems or brokerage platforms is preferred; experience with ImageRight and AIM is a significant advantage.
• Preferred experience working with middle-market commercial clients.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Risk Management is preferred.
• Participation in hands-on training and mentorship is encouraged.
