This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Enhance assigned dealer accounts by advocating for Portfolio products.

• Serve as the primary contact for inquiries, challenges, and guidance regarding assigned accounts.

• Function as the expert on Portfolio product knowledge and technology across all settings.

• Collaborate with management and the Client Relations team to establish processes that foster account growth and success.

• Promptly address client needs.

• Work collaboratively to resolve issues with existing clients.

• Oversee assigned agencies.

• Assign tasks through CRMs and RAMs.

• Achieve Portfolio’s annual production targets.

• Present retro/reinsurance and tailored dealer presentations.

• Conduct retro/reinsurance assessments for assigned agency operations.

• Monitor dealer remittance patterns and current dealer attrition.

• Maintain expenses within predefined limits.

• Collaborate with Accounting on financial matters related to assigned agencies.

• Work alongside Claims on claim-related issues pertinent to assigned agencies.

• Adhere to Portfolio Standards and Philosophy.

• Positively manage organizational changes.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office, CRM Software, and internal software systems.

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Experience in problem resolution.

• Strong aptitude for sales.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an automotive sales-related environment.

• Willingness to travel 70-80% of the time.

• Physical ability to drive and navigate client locations.

• Capability to walk, stand, reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift items up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to frequently remain seated for extended periods.

• Proficient in hearing and speaking, both in-person and over the phone, regularly.

• Capability to spend long hours in front of a computer screen.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality client service.

• Well-developed organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple issues and demands.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to cultivate relationships and partnerships.

• Strong sense of urgency and a desire to achieve success.
