This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Lead the sales efforts of respiratory products and services to healthcare providers and institutions.
• Enhance referral rates by promoting core services to referral sources.
• Achieve or surpass budgeted goals through targeted business initiatives.
• Mentor the Clinical Respiratory Liaison team.
• Assist the Director of Sales in the development and execution of Clinical Programs and best practices within the designated market.
• Assess referral-source satisfaction and identify branch opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with referral sources and physicians to boost referrals.
• Evaluate accounts for potential new business opportunities and advocate for new company services.
• Leverage internal and external resources to enhance profitable net revenues and accomplish budget goals.
• Secure renewal orders from existing clients.
• Regularly follow up with accounts to discuss satisfaction, evolving needs, territory strategies, sales-goal progress, product mix, payor mix, and market penetration.
• Initiate and coordinate in-services with clients and relevant managers.
• Identify and build relationships with key referral decision-makers.
• Develop and execute a territory marketing plan that aligns with company objectives and regulatory and accrediting standards.
• Assist in creating new programs that meet plans, client needs, and community demands.
• Prepare materials for sales meetings, presentations, and promotions.
• Meet monthly quota targets.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Communicate verbally, listen attentively, lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as required.
• Experience in selling respiratory services within health systems.
• Must possess medical sales experience.
• A respiratory therapist with current state licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner is preferred.
• Background in Homecare/DME is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for a minimum of three years.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Must be self-driven and motivated.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to manage referral source and physician expectations.
• Proficient PC skills to utilize email and update nursing notes and other documentation promptly.
• Strong work ethic with a desire to serve referral sources and patients while growing the business.
• Willingness to work extended hours on short notice when necessary.
• Ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies weighing between 20 and 30 pounds.
