This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while implementing action plans to meet territory revenue targets.
• Oversee a designated portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer retention and consistent growth year-over-year.
• Generate and qualify leads through outreach efforts, research, and activities aligned with the sales cycle.
• Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships through regular communication, effective problem-solving, and value-oriented support.
• Conduct semi-annual business reviews with clients to assess performance and address needs.
• Execute company sales strategies and product initiatives within the assigned accounts.
• Maintain precise account information within CRM systems and internal databases.
• Collaborate with customer service, marketing, and graphics teams to provide coordinated customer support, campaigns, and solutions.
• Partner with the Territory Manager to enhance territory strategy and account engagement.
• Address inquiries from customers and management, analyze business challenges, and propose corrective or improvement measures.
• Report on account activity, opportunities, risks, and trends to leadership.
• Participate in cross-functional projects, process enhancements, and the development of new programs.
• Exemplify and promote PBE’s core values.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in sales or related fields.
• A minimum of two years of sales experience, encompassing lead generation, cold calling, and managing a sales cycle.
• Demonstrated success in closing accounts through inside sales methodologies.
• Proven ability to expand accounts using structured account management techniques.
• Strong administrative and customer service abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Intermediate proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
