This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing market share within the designated territory.
• Identify targeted commercial and governmental physician practices, hospitals, wound care clinics, medical centers, surgical centers, and related entities.
• Promote and sell the company’s products and tissues to both existing customers and new prospects.
• Drive sales growth while achieving defined performance goals.
• Identify, define, and leverage market opportunities through effective marketing strategies and sales plans.
• Attain balanced revenue growth across various customer accounts and sales channels.
• Conduct presentations for large groups and individuals utilizing company-approved resources.
• Research and address customer reimbursement issues within established policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the reimbursement team to assist physicians in prescribing products and support their billing departments.
• Provide precise and timely reporting and tracking of sales activities as well as territory sales forecasts.
• Stay informed about industry activities, updates, and local market insights.
• Utilize scientific medical studies to educate customers and prospects regarding product properties, outcomes, and results.
• Define and implement territory plans aimed at achieving both current-period and long-term revenue and sales objectives.
• Travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• BS/BA in a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a related area, including 1–3 years in progressively responsible roles, or demonstrable capability.
• OR MS/MA with 1–3 years of experience in a related discipline.
• Certification is mandatory in certain areas.
• Preference for 3–4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue segments of the healthcare industry.
• Prior experience in high-growth organizations and establishing relationships that drive organizational growth.
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Capability to interact with all levels of management and clientele.
• Skilled in influencing others through tenacity and diplomacy.
• Organized, adaptable, and capable of multitasking while ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, strategic, technical analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to analyze markets, devise sales strategies, and present clinical and scientific data to physicians.
• Proven history of achieving sales results and receiving recognitions.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives while growing top-line results.
• Demonstrated skills in strategic selling and market analytics.
• Ability to cultivate a medium-sized network of healthcare-provider relationships.
• Current vaccinations are required for customer-site credentialing and registration systems.
