This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing market share within the designated territory.
• Identify targeted physician practices, hospitals, wound care clinics, medical centers, surgical centers, and similar entities.
• Promote and sell the Company's products and tissues to both existing customers and new prospects.
• Propel sales growth and meet established sales performance objectives.
• Identify, define, and implement market opportunities through effective marketing strategies and sales plans.
• Select presentation content from company-approved materials and deliver group and individual customer presentations.
• Investigate and resolve customer reimbursement issues in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the reimbursement team to assist prescribing physicians and billing departments.
• Accurately and promptly report and track sales activities and territory sales forecasts.
• Stay informed about industry developments, updates, and local market information.
• Utilize scientific and medical research to educate customers and prospects about product properties, results, and outcomes.
• Define and create territory plans to achieve both current and long-term revenue and sales objectives.
• Travel locally and/or across longer distances within the assigned territory on a regular basis.
• Work from customer/clinical sites and/or from a home office.
• BS/BA in a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in a relevant field with 1–3 years in progressively responsible roles, or demonstrable ability.
• OR MS/MA with 1–3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Certification is required in certain areas.
• Preferred 3–4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue sectors of the healthcare industry.
• Prior experience in high-growth organizations and building relationships that contributed to organizational growth.
• Outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Capability to interact with all levels of management, customers, and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and technical analysis skills along with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze markets, devise sales strategies, and present clinical and scientific data to physicians.
• Proven history of sales achievements and recognitions.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals and enhancing top-line results.
• Demonstrated skills in strategic selling and market analytics.
• Ability to establish a moderate-sized network of healthcare-provider relationships.
• Must keep vaccinations current for customer-site credentialing and registration.
