This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with the company’s customers, vendors, and both internal and external stakeholders.
• Build goodwill and establish productive, professional relationships with customers and vendors.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues with a keen attention to detail.
• Act as an exceptional problem solver.
• Ensure tasks are followed through with accurate and timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to achieve account performance targets.
• Oversee the account management process while promoting a collaborative team environment.
• Propel account growth, retention, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Support the acquisition of new accounts and manage the onboarding process.
• Advocate for new products and solutions to clients.
• Generate and interpret reports.
• Consult with clients via phone or in person.
• Relay customer needs to other team members.
• Ensure project timelines are adhered to.
• Maintain client satisfaction throughout the implementation of plans and related services.
• Conduct benefit review presentations.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations concerning Protected Health Information.
• Complete necessary HIPAA training and demonstrate competency.
• A Bachelor’s degree in health administration, business, I/O Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of four years of experience in external client support or related account management in a healthcare or Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) setting.

• Availability to work core hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT, with flexibility for meetings across time zones.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as necessitated by industry demands.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including frequent overnight trips.
