This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Develop and implement a territory strategy for the Italian market.
• Identify, evaluate, and advance new business prospects.
• Convert leads generated by the SDR while also engaging in personal prospecting efforts.
• Establish connections with key decision-makers within enterprise, mid-market, and public sector organizations.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from initial discovery to contract signing.
• Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales Engineers during product demonstrations, evaluations, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Build and nurture relationships with MSSPs, resellers, and strategic partners.
• Partner with Marketing on local initiatives and events.
• Represent HarfangLab at cybersecurity conferences, partner events, and industry gatherings throughout Italy.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce.
• Generate new revenue and secure new business opportunities by promoting HarfangLab’s cybersecurity solutions to end customers and local partners.
• Over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, preferably focusing on endpoint security, detection and response, threat intelligence, or similar security solutions.
• Proven track record in acquiring new business and surpassing sales goals.
• Established ability to open and grow new accounts in the Italian market.
• Experience selling directly to customers as well as through channel partners.
• Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles.
• Experience working with both enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Proficient in Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
• Native-level fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of Spanish or another European language is a plus.
• Located in the Milan or Rome area, with the flexibility to travel across Italy as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
• Self-sufficient and highly organized.
• Inquisitive and eager to learn in a rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.
• Team-oriented individual who enjoys collaborating across functions and borders.
• Resilient and comfortable working in a scale-up environment.
• Variable compensation ranging from €40,000 to €60,000 based on performance and objectives.
• One week of onboarding in Paris along with regular visits to headquarters.
• Remote-first position based in the Milan or Rome area.
