This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop, cultivate, and oversee a personal portfolio of business.
• Identify, target, onboard, and manage new clients effectively.
• Establish and sustain relationships with mortgage brokers and bankers.
• Promote and sell mortgage programs and services within a designated territory.
• Analyze scenarios and structure deals prior to submission.
• Implement DSCR and commercial underwriting concepts, including LTV, cash flow, and various property types.
• Educate partners on guidelines and execution strategies.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving production goals and driving revenue growth.
• Maintain an active and accurate sales pipeline with timely follow-up.
• Monitor and report sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions within the CRM system.
• Qualify incoming leads through phone, email, and virtual communication methods.
• Conduct outbound prospecting, including cold calling and relationship-driven outreach.
• Present products, programs, and value propositions during virtual and in-person client meetings.
• Organize and engage in client meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations, the VP, and Regional Sales Manager to finalize loans and meet production objectives.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows as required.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and one-on-one management discussions.
• Generate repeat business through expertise and responsiveness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and closing.
• Proven track record of building enduring client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced sales environment.
• Proficient in CRM systems and sales productivity tools.
• Preferred knowledge of mortgage products, lending processes, and industry terminology.
• Professional demeanor with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management abilities; experience in building and scaling sales teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in mortgage sales, financial services sales, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting, pipeline management, and meeting sales targets.
• Proven success in recruiting, managing, and developing sales professionals.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Full-time, regular employment.
• Exempt status.
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET schedule.
