Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Effectively recruit outstanding medical professionals to fill open positions

• Foster account growth by establishing and nurturing strong, trustworthy relationships with healthcare facilities and providers

• Maintain data accuracy by adhering to established processes and documentation standards

• Contribute to the strategic objectives of WMS

• Collaborate seamlessly with all departments within WMS

• Surpass client expectations by proactively evaluating staffing requirements and swiftly filling open roles

• Build and sustain high levels of trust and rapport with clients and medical professionals

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience

• Required experience in the healthcare sector

• Proven track record of success in previous roles

• Strong computer skills

• Decisive decision-maker

• Skilled in building relationships

• Availability for standard business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM

• A dedicated, quiet, and private workspace free from distractions during working hours

• High-speed internet connection for video conferencing and daily tasks

• Self-motivated individual who can manage a busy schedule independently

• Submission of a resume, cover letter, and completion of online application questions is required

• May need to arrange reference calls with previous employers
