📋 Description

• Act as the primary senior-level contact for PBM clients

• Direct the strategic account team, ensuring client satisfaction and effective service delivery

• Foster internal and client relationships through proactive engagement

• Work collaboratively with medical, account management, clinical, product, operations, and underwriting teams

• Suggest CVS Health solutions tailored to client needs and drive opportunities for client up-selling

• Create and present quarterly and annual reports for clients on drug trends, financial outcomes, and potential cost-saving strategies

• Prepare responses to Requests for Proposals in partnership with internal teams

• Manage client renewals by leveraging stakeholder relationships and innovative pharmacy benefit plan designs

• Increase revenue for the designated book of business while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction

• Effectively position CVS Health programs and solutions for decision-makers at client organizations

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of combined Account Management or similar client-facing experience in the healthcare sector

• A valid and current driver’s license

• A personal vehicle that is reliable for job-related tasks and adequately insured

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Preferred experience in Account Management or a similar client-facing role within the pharmacy or PBM industry

• Experience in managing employer group or health plan accounts is preferred

• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience may be acceptable
