This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from demonstration and follow-up to negotiation and closing.
• Handle demos generated by BDR/SDR, direct bookings, CS round-robin leads, and self-sourced outbound opportunities.
• Conduct an introductory call prior to each demo.
• Utilize the T.A.O.M. framework on every call.
• Schedule alignment calls and establish 2–4 week go-live timelines.
• Present the complete Cents product suite, using bundled pricing as the main closing strategy.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, aiming for over 100 outbound calls weekly.
• Ensure Salesforce is thoroughly updated before each handoff, adhering to billing date and BRF submission guidelines.
• Direct inbound LW/MOOPS opportunities through the distributor team workflow.
• Contribute to the refinement of the Sales Bible by documenting successful strategies.
• Identify prospective customers within the designated territory.
• Perform in-depth discovery and customize demos to meet buyer requirements.
• Collaborate across functions to cultivate customers into territory advocates.
• Utilize Salesforce and other technological tools to manage pipeline activities.
• Participate in local events and trade shows to strengthen partnerships.
• Market Cents' all-in-one business management software and hardware platform to laundromats and dry cleaners.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales position (SaaS experience preferred).
• Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end sales cycles and achieving or surpassing targets.
• Proven ability to build a self-sourced book of business and perform cold outreach.
• Proficient in deep discovery, needs assessment, price negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation abilities.
• Capable of selling and negotiating at all levels of decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly scaling startup environment and quickly adapt to changing circumstances.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in navigating sales tools and internal platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Dialpad, and Gong is a plus.
• Experience in outside or field sales is advantageous.
• Prior experience with POS/payments is a nice-to-have.
• Creative, persistent, passionate about sales, self-driven, curious, adaptable, relentless, and coachable.
• Must reside within the territory being served.
• Candidates from NYC are preferred.
