This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as the representative of the company to both potential and current clients.

• Assess client satisfaction levels and suggest improvements to enhance their experience.

• Foster growth in specialty pharmacy through building provider relationships, managing referral pipelines, and ensuring prompt patient access.

• Serve as the primary contact for client concerns and collaborate with various departments to resolve issues.

• Establish and nurture relationships with clients while seeking out additional accounts.

• Negotiate account renewals, contracts, and referral intake processes.

• Participate in patient care conferences and professional in-service education sessions.

• Prioritize key accounts, oversee referral flows, and implement daily schedules using CRM planning tools.

• Engage with providers both in-person and virtually, offering education on specialty therapies and addressing access challenges.

• Work in coordination with hubs, case managers, and payers to facilitate prior authorizations, documentation, and onboarding processes.

• Collaborate with pharmacists, access teams, and manufacturing partners.

• Provide education and training while keeping abreast of updates in the therapeutic and payer landscapes.

• Analyze data and reports to pinpoint referral trends and gaps in the territory, providing valuable insights to leadership.

• Target new prescribers, infusion centers, and community opportunities to broaden the specialty pharmacy's reach.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Adhere to all relevant policies and standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Previous sales experience is required.

• Familiarity with third-party reimbursement processes is preferred.

• Prior clinical patient support experience in a physician’s office, hospital, or pharmacy setting is preferred.

• Must possess a valid driver's license in the current state.

• Willingness to travel up to 30%, including overnight stays.

• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with providers and clients.

• Experience in managing referral pipelines and intake processes is essential.

• Capability to coordinate prior authorizations, documentation, and patient onboarding procedures.

• Proficient in utilizing CRM tools, conducting data analysis, reporting, and developing territory strategies.

• Skilled at delivering education and training to provider offices, staff, and other stakeholders.
