This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee the sales pipeline effectively.
• Generate and qualify new leads via phone, email, and social media platforms.
• Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to drive growth and enhance the sales pipeline.
• Monitor and report on prospecting and sales activities within a CRM system.
• Engage with prospects and current clients to understand their needs and explain relevant products and services.
• Respond to inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and credit terms.
• Highlight product features based on client requirements and demonstrate technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
• Negotiate pricing or terms for sales or service agreements.
• Identify potential clients through business directories, LinkedIn, existing client leads, organizations, clubs, trade shows, and conferences.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs, specifications, and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members on sales strategies and marketing insights.
• Partner with sales management to ensure streamlined processes.
• Achieve and surpass annual sales targets and assigned key performance indicators.
• Attend designated industry conferences.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Promote and advocate for Broadridge’s Fi360 software solutions to wealth and retirement organizations, assisting financial advisors in growing and managing their business portfolios.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably with a focus on technology solution-based selling.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong work ethic; self-motivated and resourceful.
• Capable of managing high call volumes to achieve pipeline development objectives.
• Entrepreneurial spirit aimed at acquiring new customers and enhancing existing relationships.
• Proficient in overcoming objections and navigating gatekeepers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Functional/technical proficiency with Office 365.
• Familiarity with digital tools.
• Experience in process management, including CRM systems.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for team learning opportunities, collaboration meetings, and industry conferences.
