This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a $2M annual ARR bookings target focused on acquiring new self-insured employers.
• Generate leads through direct outreach, account-based methods, referrals, and relationships with brokers and consultants.
• Cultivate partnerships with consultants, brokers, TPAs, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify and prioritize potential employers while devising strategies to engage with complex accounts.
• Oversee opportunities from initial engagement through to business case development, pricing, contracting, and closure.
• Articulate Blueberry's clinical strengths into a compelling employer value proposition centered on healthcare costs, employee experience, productivity, absenteeism, and access to pediatric care.
• Create customized presentations and business cases for benefits leaders, CHROs, CFOs, consultants, and other relevant parties.
• Ensure effective pipeline management and accurate forecasting within HubSpot.
• Represent Blueberry at events focused on employers, benefits, brokers, and consultants.
• Provide market insights to Blueberry and contribute to the development of employer go-to-market strategies, positioning, and offerings.
• Report directly to the Head of Strategic Growth.
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, clinical, analytics, and implementation teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in selling benefits, healthcare solutions, point solutions, or similar services to employers.
• Proven track record of surpassing quotas and securing new employer business.
• In-depth knowledge of how HR, Total Rewards, and benefits leaders assess and procure new benefits.
• Experience in selling to self-insured employers and navigating intricate, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Familiarity with working alongside benefits consultants and brokers.
• Established connections within national and regional consulting and brokerage firms are highly valued.
• Ability to develop persuasive business cases and effectively communicate with benefits leaders, CHROs, CFOs, consultants, and other senior stakeholders.
• Strong prospecting skills with a proactive approach to creating pipeline rather than relying solely on inbound demand.
• Strong discipline in account planning, follow-up, CRM management, and forecasting.
• A builder mentality; resourceful, persistent, comfortable with uncertainty, and willing to engage in hands-on work.
• Prior experience with digital health, pediatric or family benefits, or healthcare cost-reduction solutions is a plus.
• Must currently be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must not require current or future sponsorship support from Blueberry Pediatrics.
