This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Proactively drive AssessFirst’s revenue expansion across the BeLuCh market (Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland).
• Oversee the complete sales process, from generating opportunities to closing deals.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business prospects through to contract signing.
• Build and maintain a robust, qualified pipeline to achieve targets.
• Manage sales activities with independence, diligence, and a focus on results.
• Lead intricate sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers in a multicultural context.
• Assist in outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events.
• Identify and connect with key decision-makers in the Belgian, Luxembourgish, and Swiss markets.
• Qualify and convert incoming leads.
• Develop a local professional network and create synergies with agencies and technology partners.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand prospects’ business, HR, and organizational challenges.
• Deliver customized demonstrations of AssessFirst solutions.
• Create tailored recommendations and commercial proposals.
• Lead negotiations to closure, consistent with the sales strategy and pricing policy.
• Monitor results and key performance indicators.
• Participate in both individual and team sales meetings.
• Analyze performance and modify action plans to stay aligned with targets.
• Join a seven-member Account Executive team supervised by Romain.
• B2B sales experience managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Comfortable leading sales meetings, from needs discovery to demonstration and negotiation.
• Structured and performance-oriented, with a strong focus on results.
• Capable of thriving in challenging and ambitious settings where autonomy and responsiveness are key.
• Professional proficiency in English, essential for operating in an international environment.
