This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Promote enterprise-wide cloud data security and data risk management solutions to potential clients and existing customers.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from identifying prospects and generating leads to finalizing significant, intricate sales.
• Assess customers’ businesses, processes, challenges, and objectives.
• Work closely with a Sales Engineer to align Cyera’s technology with the pain points of prospects.
• Exhibit a deep understanding of Cyera’s Data Security Solutions and the value it brings to customers.
• Establish clear targets and accurate forecasts through meticulous territory planning.
• Organize and present tailored meetings, outstanding PoVs, and business value presentations on-site with clients.
• Engage and provide insights to CISO, CDO, CPO, and CIO-level executives leveraging industry knowledge.
• Cultivate and strengthen executive customer relationships through active listening and engagement.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with both new and existing customers.
• Enhance Cyera’s visibility with alliance and channel partners.
• Participate in marketing events, conferences, and industry networking opportunities.
• Foster productive working relationships with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams to align strategies and meet company goals.
• Embrace and reflect Cyera’s company ethos, direction, and market presence.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding targets while selling large deals in a hyper-growth startup environment.
• At least 5 years of experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions in the cloud/security/data sectors to Fortune 500 clients.
• Expertise in value-based solution selling, emphasizing the delivery of concrete business outcomes and alignment with overall business value.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong presentation skills and the capacity to devise creative solutions that facilitate the sales process.
• Demonstrated understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), cloud security, and data risk management.
• Basic knowledge of various data security and compliance frameworks and their impact on business value.
• Must show proficiency in executing a formal sales process.
• Familiarity with qualification frameworks and sales forecasting/management tools.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with the ability to swiftly adapt to changing circumstances.
• This position is based in Australia.
• Willingness and capacity to travel as required, approximately 50% depending on the sales cycle.
• Option to work remotely, along with reimbursement for office setup.
