This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the overall health, success, and expansion of a global strategic enterprise partnership.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders across HR, Wellbeing, Benefits, Learning, and regional leadership.
• Develop long-term partnership strategies aligned with customer business priorities and workforce requirements.
• Establish account priorities and convert them into actionable goals for the account team.
• Manage customer engagement strategies to enhance adoption, participation, and value across various regions and employee populations.
• Lead success planning, quarterly business reviews, and annual evaluations.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex account-related issues.
• Oversee retention, renewal readiness, and strategies for expansion.
• Identify and secure expansion opportunities across regions, business units, and solution areas.
• Direct account-level decisions regarding priorities, scope, and resource requirements.
• Mentor and develop account team leaders, including responsibilities for hiring, performance management, coaching, and prioritization.
• Define responsibilities, goals, and decision-making authority for team leaders.
• Manage significant program milestones, global campaigns, success metrics, and performance commitments.
• Utilize engagement, utilization, and impact data to steer strategy and showcase value.
• Synthesize partnership insights to guide Product, Content, Coaching, and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with the Executive Sponsor and cross-functional leaders for executive engagements and escalations.
• Direct accountability for renewals and expansion on a large, complex account, including retaining at-risk business and seizing growth opportunities.
• Proven experience managing multiple senior stakeholders, navigating competing priorities, and handling challenging client discussions.
• Background in leading and developing managers who oversee their own teams, with responsibilities for performance and delivery.
• Oversight of ongoing services or programs across regions, ensuring quality, engagement, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing requests beyond the agreed scope, establishing realistic commitments, and obtaining cross-functional support.
