This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee the comprehensive fundraising strategy and implementation for omnichannel direct response initiatives.
• Direct campaigns from the initial idea through production, analysis, and refinement.
• Work in conjunction with writers, designers, analysts, and program managers to create campaigns across various channels.
• Act as a strategic ally to clients.
• Track performance metrics and manage financial resources.
• Suggest modifications to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Provide mentorship and support to the team.
• Contribute to efforts in business development.
• Ensure that all work adheres to high standards of quality and impact.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in direct response fundraising.
• Ideally have experience in a nonprofit or agency setting.
• Strong skills in client management with the ability to cultivate trusted, long-lasting relationships.
• Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and campaign outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead projects and direct cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to clients.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Experience in mentoring or overseeing team members.
• Strategic mindset that balances overarching concepts with executional details.
• Adaptability to navigate change and assist teams in evolving and developing.
