This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead TRM's go-to-market strategy within the US Private Sector market.
• Enhance and solidify TRM's presence in the North American private sector landscape.
• Manage the complete sales process with both new and existing clients.
• Engage with current and potential key stakeholders to identify mission applications, budgets, decision-makers, influencers, and process owners.
• Drive the integration of blockchain intelligence into customer workflows.
• Develop a deep understanding of how customers utilize TRM tools and data, aiming to enhance customer success.
• Oversee, plan, implement, and lead client relationship initiatives, feedback loops, referrals, renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansions.
• Design and implement strategic territory plans to achieve revenue and churn objectives while exploring growth opportunities.
• Cultivate TRM product and customer-vertical expertise through demonstrations, trials, advisory sessions, and innovation workshops.
• Collect and prioritize customer feedback, advocating for it within TRM.
• Foster customer satisfaction leading to referrals, advocacy for TRM, and constructive feedback.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in selling SaaS products, or 4 years paired with extensive customer-domain and mission knowledge along with a consulting background.
• Proficiency with threat intelligence and cybersecurity products, particularly their application within financial networks.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity organizations, workflows, procurement processes, and their organizational structures.
• Exceptional customer-facing presentation and listening skills, capable of establishing credibility with senior executives.
• Skill in comprehending customer needs and articulating compelling value propositions.
• Ability to manage a high volume of dynamic accounts effectively.
• Experience in customer relationship development, use-case identification, customer satisfaction, prospecting, and closing deals.
• Flexibility in adapting to rapidly changing goals and priorities.
• Self-directed ownership and execution of tasks.
• Proficient communication of complex concepts.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and engage with individuals at all organizational levels.
• AI fluency: expected to leverage AI to enhance workflows, structure and resolve issues, improve output quality, and increase efficiency; assessed during interviews.
