This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main client liaison and strategic collaborator.
• Guide cross-disciplinary teams encompassing media, analytics, strategy, creative, web development, finance, and project management.
• Manage the integrated campaign strategy and its execution from initial briefs and planning to performance assessment and optimization.
• Set goals, budgets, KPIs, and priorities in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, sectors, competitive environments, and growth prospects.
• Spot opportunities to broaden agency engagement and devise solutions with agency experts.
• Facilitate client meetings and deliver insights related to performance, creativity, strategy, and financial recommendations.
• Ensure that deliverables meet quality benchmarks and align with client objectives.
• Supervise budgets, forecasts, invoicing, and overall client satisfaction.
• Propel smooth execution across media, analytics, strategy, creative, and other agency functions.
• Recognize dependencies and obstacles, addressing them before they escalate into client-facing challenges.
• Assess performance, unearth insights, and steer testing and optimization initiatives.
• Construct testing roadmaps for creative, audience targeting, and channel selection.
• Collaborate with channel leaders on reporting, insights, trends, signals of creative fatigue, and forthcoming actions.
• Convert technical specifics into clear, client-ready recommendations linked to business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to tackle performance, financial, and staffing requirements.
• Oversee account profitability and scope management, aiding in budget and SOW discussions.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture Client Services team members.
• Encourage collaboration, cross-functional relationships, efficient workflows, and a culture of accountability within the team.
• Over 8 years of experience in an advertising agency, ideally within media and/or creative sectors.
• 1–3+ years of experience in management or mentorship roles.
• Demonstrated success in leading integrated, cross-channel strategies and fostering robust client relationships.
• Strong comprehension of full-funnel media, performance marketing, and related KPIs.
• Familiarity with digital media, including Paid Social, Paid Search, Video, Programmatic, and CTV.
• Background in traditional media, including Linear, Audio, and OOH.
• Experience working with DTC brands and spearheading strategic creative initiatives.
• Proficient in building pivots and conducting sales and performance data analysis.
• Experience managing large, cross-functional teams while juggling multiple priorities.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, coupled with strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to travel and support clients outside of standard hours as necessary.
• Experience in website strategy and development management is advantageous.
• Residency in the Chicago area is a plus.
